I spend a lot of time doing research for the security camaras system for my house, finally went to the store and the guy that help me did a great job so i bought the camaras and paid for the geek squad to come and do the job, but i get a 3rd party company and they call me and says that i need to get a wireless camaras cause I have a 2 story home , but my neighbors have a 2 story home and have a wire camaras , so i waisted a lot of time going to the store and waiting for the appointment to come and do the job and go back to returning the camaras , no a really happy

The agents did a wonderful job of hiding wires. No problems with the installation

This was an additional service that was much needed for to cameras that were installed with the pack of four

They may have done a good job but the third party company who was supposed to install the security cameras and the Honeywell Lyric security system did not want to install the system so I had to cancel the camera installation.

The installer did a great job installing the cameras, however I felt that he completely forgot that he prompted me to purchase flood light cameras in lieu of the Ring doorbell, which created a problem with the scheduling service. I felt that the installer made me look dishonest, and I didn't appreciate that. The cameras works fine and I haven't experienced any problems with them.

Great in s installation, but I dod not know I could have 2 cameras intalled.

The agent provided me with guidance on getting the item synched and had it up and running in no time. He also considered my request on where to place it so I could best keep an eye on problematic areas. Can see all cameras on my phone and know that I'm safe from unwanted surprises!!

I purchased a multiple camera installation service. The 3rd party installer shared that they were only authorized to install one camera. That I should contact best buy to fix the problem. Best buy does not answer their phone. I texted the receipt to the installer and he said there was nothing he could do. This was an input error between best buy and the vendor--they could have resolved it later--instead, I lost a whole afternoon waiting for installation only to be canceled last minute.

The technician mounted my camers as well as sync them to my echo

The Geek Squad installers were excellent. The Swann wired camera system meets our needs. Great support from Swann also.

This service was NOT completed. I didn’t realize the cameras had already been installed. Th e employee told me I could call for a refund then marked the service “completed” so when I called they said the refund was more complicated. They said they would get back to me and that was several weeks ago and I’m still waiting for my refund

It was good to know the techs knew the system and were very easy to work with

The contractor did a good job installing our security cameras in the front and back of our house he was on time . He called to let me know he was on his way . He was very professional and explained how the cameras worked and set the camera in the right position for us.

I LOVE Ring. I love that I can talk to people as I see them coming. I enjoy that it records and alerts me when someone comes anywhere near my front or back doors. I also appreciate that Best Buy has the people to install it.

Will from Best Buy arrived on time and discussed placement and setup of the new camera system. Very professional and definitely knew what needed to be completed. Met all our expectations with getting the cameras positioned and left without a trace of any mess with the drilling that had to be done. Definitely would recommend the team to do installation!

First it was scheduled that geek squad would install the two cameras I bought. Waited 2 weeks. Then on scheduled day I got a call telling me they are not licensed to wire it up. Why was I made to wait two weeks?

Weather Provided - when they show up for the scheduled appointment they do good work. However, after an appointment is cancelled by them due to weather Best Buy needs to be able to prioritize those who were cancelled rather than kick them to the back of the line
