Pleasant, knowledgeable, professional! Setup of my TVs and tv stand was perfect! Anthony and Trent were pleasant, knowledgeable, professional, patient, helpful and communication for arrival was great!

Agents assembled tv stand and inboxed my tv did a great job I just feel after paying so much for the tv and stand charging $199 to assemble the stand and trying to charge another $199 was a bit too much

I ordered over the phone with salesperson she help me out to place my order I asked about will they put my tv on tv stand she said yes because I ordered with home service to assamble my tv stand any how when the person came to assemble my tv stand they said they don’t have a order to after assemble tv stand put tv on it . Because that’s not my fault I called customer service then I explained all of things she talked to guy and asked can you just put tv on tv stand mount he said ok he will be put on it but not gonna setup tv I said I will fix it he said to costumer service then he put my tv on my tv stand mount.thanks bust buy costumer service you helped me that time now I have my tv on tv mount I was not able to fix it even that not my fault but salesperson she didn’t give me a correct answer but still the realized that I was mistaken so they helped me out thanks again

Jake came to set up my stand. All went well, but the drawer did not work right. He ordered a replacement which a tech brought to the wrong address. This is due to your POOR phone system. I tried several times to call and change the address, but I never was able to talk to a person. Needless to say, it was delivered to the wrong address. Thanks to the tech, he called me so we were able to get it set up for the next day. He did a great job. I am sorry, but I forgot his name, but he did an excellent job and went above and beyond the call of duty to contact me so we could get it right. Thanks for excellent tech people for jobs well done. Too bad I can't talk to someone in order to save lots of problems and time.

I’ll work with done carefully and successfully. The two technical experts of Geek Squad or personable and did a good job and don’t rely on them in the future, as usual!

We recieved the TV stand/ fireplace when we were told it would arrive. We bought it for our new lake house, the customer service rep was wonderful when we ordered it over the phone because we had a thousand questions and when she didn't know the answers she was pleasant and asked us to hold she would find out, and she did. She set up the geek squad to come out to our lake house 3 hours away, 3 weeks later as requested. Now when the young man arrived, early as we requested he was very polite and informative, he had the system put together in less than 1 hour, which was fabulous because the reviews we read said that it was taking people 2-3 hrs to set it up. I believe this young man probably saved my marriage, because if my husband would have not listened to me and did not order the geek squad to put it together there would've been a fight and probably a divorce. Lol. Now the only thing we noticed was a couple superficial scratches, nothing horrible, no one will notice, except us. The fireplace works wonderful it really does produce enough heat I was shocked. I love this so much I told my husband we are buying another one for our main house. I would definitely recommend this

The techs that assembled the Galaxy stand with mount did an excellent job. There were a few connector pins that did not fit properly and they were able to work through the issue and did not cause any damage to the stand. They placed the stand where I wanted it and cleaned up the area they assembled the stand in before departing and asked if there were anything else they that needed done related to the stand.

The new and heavy console furniture, for underneath our new HDTV was unboxed and put together with no issues by experienced personnel ... and all boxing and packaging hauled away. Our new wall-mounted TV was installed with care and precision by knowledgeable technicians, who knew what questions to ask to get everything set up and working, just the way we needed! They coordinated the installation of our new Sharp HDTV in combination with our Pioneer Audio/Video Multi-channel receiver, an existing speaker system (including a subwoofer) a new Sony DVD/CD player and even the Starkey Surflink Media Streamer, that streams directly to my husband's hearing aides! They were thorough, patient and highly skilled at setting all of this equipment into service ... yet efficient with their time! Hauled away all electronics packaging material ... and even took the old "Sony-ship-anchor" with them! Remarkable service, friendly Geeks ... and they were neat and respectful of our home!

The agents, Verde TV, did an outstanding job communicating delivery times and set up!!!! I was advised promptly about any changes, and the delivery agents worked diligently. They explained the use and controls very well and cleaned up all debris and packing. I personally commended Alexis at Verde and would highly recommend their service.
The same DOES NOT APPLY TO BEST BUY PERSONNEL WHO WITH ONE EXCEPTION WERE ABSOLUTELY INCOMPETENT AND MISERABLE TO WORK THROUGH ALL THE ISSUES THEY CREATED. THAT EXCEPTION WAS AEDELIS IN THE DOWNINGTOWN STORE. SHE TOO WORKED FEVERISHLY TO CO
ORDINATE DELIVERY AS WELL AS THE PICK-UPMOF MY OLD TV.
