The set up and installation went very well. The technicians knew what they were doing and got the job done and cleaned up everything when done. The new TV stand is very sturdy and looks great with the rest of the furniture in the room.

The gentleman who did the assembly looked like he'd done it a million times before. Quick, professional, neat, and didn't even mind the 80 lb golden retriever helping him!

The techs came out and assembled my two 55" TV Stands. They were respectful, friendly and fast. I would definitely, recommend having techs to do your assembling of items if you can't do it. Having the sense of knowing its done correctly, eases my mind because I care about safety.

The second team of Geek Squad that came out to assemble my TV console did great. Took about an hour and there were no problems. Make sure they are the Geek Squad who come for the assembly. I'm not sure the first guy was and he couldn't get it done properly.

Bought a new entertainment center to accommodate a new TV. The Geek Squad team put it together in about an hour...would have taken me 5 times that. I got to enjoy my purchases much more by not having to deal with the frustration of assembling this item. I'm very glad I bought my Total Tech Membership and had the Geek Squad do this.

Mike and Mark and Luis were all OUTSTANDING. They went out of their way to make sure my tv and sound bars were installed properly. They also took the time to really explain how everything coordinated together. I really cannot say enough positive about these GREAT Geek Squad guys.

The two representatives were on time and very communicative. David and Logan did a great job start to finish. They took the time to do it right instead of just trying to get it done. I am very pleased with their attention to detail.

Nice job of delivering and installing new Sony TV and connecting my other devices. My two technicians arrived on time, worked quickly, and removed all the packing materials for the items delivered. They were pleasant to deal with, knew what they were doing, and worked very efficiently. Everything went smoothly.

The TV stand arrived one day late. We were not notified it had shipped and could not track it. We went to the Best Buy store for help and was given a customer service number to call to find our delivery. When we got back home, the delivery was there. It was assembled later that afternoon by the Geek Squad, on time and well done. Some apprehension, but good final result!

Even though they did not work for the Geek Squad, the gentlemen who put my NBA Jam Arcade together did a great job!! They both stated it was there first time putting it together but you couldn't tell. Great job...However, Best Buy should let there customers know that a separate company is hired when appliances are being installed.

It was the right decision to use the geek squad. By the time I could read the instructions get the tools and figure out how to put it together it would be wrong. The team assembled the tv stand while I watched and it took no effort on my part except to thank them all for a professional, clean and expert job well done thank you. For me it was worth it.

Wow, they were in and out within an hour. They did a wonderful job. It would have taken me forever to figure out the doors that you have to close at the same time. I could already tell this console would need expert assembling. Don’t hesitate to use them & enjoy the perks of total tech support

The agents set up my tv and stand per instructions. They showed me how to use the television and offered helpful advice on future products. I was very pleased with the service. Would highly recommend the geek squad. It was worth the one year fee.

Geek squad service assembled a t.v. stand for my new 55" t.v. I already had the t.v. set up and was watching it from the floor (wouldn't fit on old stand). When my appointment came for assembly, they were proficient in putting the stand together and even set my t.v. up on the stand with all cables where they needed to be.

This was a third party outsourced company based in Chattanooga, TN. They sent two men who installed both my TV and this stand. They were both extremely courteous and respectful. The stand came in dozens of heavy parts and small hardware, including large glass sheets, and I never would have been able to get it together. They got it done in less than an hour, and it is very well-assembled.

I order geek squad to set up my home theatre and assemble my tv stand. He was on time, professional and thorough. He came in ready to work and with ideas to improve my TV viewing experience. When finished, I got a tutorial on all the things he built and connected in my home theatre even the things I didn't purchase from best buy. Then he left with all boxes and trash in hand. It was a great experience.
