Had the equipment I needed and recognized I originally purchased the wrong laptop for my needs. He immediately remedied the situation and made my life easier. Can’t say enough good words about him. Reece, who came to my home, was an excellent rep for the Geek Squad. He looked over my desktop computer and found it no longer functional. He removed my hard drive and tried to transfer data to my new laptop to no avail and presented another option. He did help me with my new device that I purchased at Best Buy as it differs a bit from what I had. He is a very personable and polite young man and I was very pleased with the help and recommendations he provided. I was also pleased with the young man who helped me at the Best Buy store. He was also very polite and shared his best assessment to me regarding my old hard drive. I would recommend the Geek Squad to anyone needing technical assistance.
