the agent was very kind and patient. There were any number of questions and things that I didn't know the answers to that was connected to data transfer and upgrading to Windows 11 especially being an 82 year old senior citizen.

Reece, who came to my home, was an excellent rep for the Geek Squad. He looked over my desktop computer and found it no longer functional. He removed my hard drive and tried to transfer data to my new laptop to no avail and presented another option. He did help me with my new device that I purchased at Best Buy as it differs a bit from what I had. He is a very personable and polite young man and I was very pleased with the help and recommendations he provided. I was also pleased with the young man who helped me at the Best Buy store. He was also very polite and shared his best assessment to me regarding my old hard drive. I would recommend the Geek Squad to anyone needing technical assistance.

Installation was great. The scheduling could be narrowed down a bit but other wise great!
