Setup My Printer Showed up on time and was set up fast Excellent service!

Very professional and courteous - I am a senior citizen and he was very patient and answered all of my questions and explained how to use my new printer. He loaded the printer to my laptop and made sure the printer was working correctly before he left.

Two technicians from the Geek Squad installed my new printer and connected it to my new desk top computer. They were very helpful and patient in explaining and demonstrating various features of the printer and computer. Most importantly, they were professional as well as personable.

My Geek Squad agent was quick to unbox and install my new printer from Best Buy. Very knowledgeable about installation process and pairing it to my wi-fi and password. Only downside is he was short on demonstrating all the functions my printer can perform before leaving. All-in-all, a good experience.

The technician came to see why my printer wasn't working, and it was beyond repair. He then sold me a new printer and installed it for me. All I can say is he was excellent!
