The Geek Squad, Trevor and Kirk, were quick & professional & experts & polite & i can't say enough nice things about them and instructed us on all we needed to know. We never had a smart TV & we bought a 75" TV with a full- motion wall mount. Trevor called twice earlier to set up appointment & keep us informed on their arrival. They both were excellent.

I didn’t need the set up so I canceled it. I did it myself with the help of a friend.

First, I was hoping it was Geek Squad but no Best Buy dropped the ball. The third party came to deliver and do an assembly no install just to assemble and put it on a stand. However, they did not know how to assemble the 5S95f stand. This is a $2000 TV not include the delivery and assembly what a waste. First, they thought it has ad legs. NO, it as a pedestal type stand. Second when they handled the TV, they squeezed the panel while lifting after they laid it down on the bed and one of them was sticking a pillow under the center of the screen causing pressure in the center of the screen and I had to stop them and tell them they will damage the screen. After that they played around man handing the screen while trying to figure out how to assemble the stand. At one point the installer said I made him nervous and that he was going to leave it on the bed and leave. I had it out with him. The other installer figured how to put it together. Once they did, they forgot to attach the one connect box an and when the put it on the dresser where I wanted it, they could not find where the power cord went. I had to tell them they have to install the one connect box on the stand and plug in the power cord in the box. So, it took another 15 min to figure out how to put it on the stand and then connect the power and the control cable from the one connect box to the TV. This is the last time I buy from Best Buy and have third party installer come. I had 2 other TVs all high end in the past destroyed during set up by third party installers that had to remove them because they cracked the screens handling them during assembly. Best Buy does not train these people. Best Buy is nothing more than any low-end store when it comes to installation. I will buy all my TVs from now on from Amazon and have their installers whoever they are to do the delivery and install or assembly. Cannot be any worse than what Best Buy sends Out. I should get a refund since they were not trained people and had now idea on how this model should be assembled. They did not even read the cautions and instructions and they wanted to walk out in the middle of this fiasco and leave thing just laying on the bed and floor.

The agent arrived on time and installed our new tv so quickly. Then he stayed and made sure all our apps were connected. All my streaming services were working. And even got our old remotes to work with the new tv!

I am glad we had this delivered, as it would have never fit in our vehicle. Plus the tv is super heavy.

Ethan and Ke delivered and setup our TV on 27 December 2025. They are my far the very best Geek Squad representatives we have ever had at our home. We cannot say enough wonderful things about Ethan and Ke. They are so knowledgeable and professional and had the TV setup and functioning in record time. They are also very patient and kind. They spent considerable time with us to ensure we are comfortable with the setup and operation of the new TV.

I've used this service twice so far, and both time the crew was friendly, courteous and professional, they installed two large & heavy TV's w/o incident. Highly recommended!

The geek squad was great...but they were my 2nd agents..THE FIRST ONE'S where subs who were dirty on my house and didn't want to do anything..special. geek squad ..subcontractors SUCK!

Had some isdues during install, setup but filed vlaim and received credit to original payment plan. It was done by someone Geek Squad contracted. The install person was great just had a coupke of accidents

Set up 55 inch TV, made sure working and connected to wifi, etc.

The Geek Squad pros that came to set up my 98" TCL tv did a fantastic job. Quick and professional, very glad I had them do the install.

Good job on the first big project that I have ever done and you are right about the first thing that I need to get done!

The delivery guys were right on time and very efficient. They also showed me on how to set up my sound which is soon to be delivered.

Although we appreciated the convenience of help with the delivery since our TV is so heavy, I was disappointed that the delivery drivers were not provided with boot/shoe covers to protect the customers floor and carpet. We basically paid for them to carry it in and put on the stand.

The team was very carefull with the installation. It was seemless and fast!
