It wasn’t a TV, it was a Google Nest, I am very happy with the representation of the Greek Squad representative.

Delayed installation because the tech didn't have the items for delivery wasn't in the truck so all the other installation was done. When all was finally installed, 1 of the displays wasn't completely set up. 2nd time the Geek Squad has messed up some work for me.

We had been having problems with Google Home for over a year. We had tried everything. I was tired of talking to telephone techs that just made matters worse. So, we decided to pay for some in-person professional help. We called The Geek Squad and all the problems with Google Home were solved. It works perfectly now. James, the technician, did a great job. He is a relentless problem solver. We certainly got our money's worth.

The total tech representative was very easy to work with and listened to our questions. The operation of the device was explained clearly and in terms that were easy to understand. Very in all aspects of customer service and product knowledge as well. Total tech service by the geek squad is the best service we’ve ever experienced!

The Geek Squad did an excellent job installing my Eeros Wifi mesh network. They called prior to the arrival, were on time and walked me through the app features of the new system before leaving. I've used the Geek Squad on several other purchase/installs over the past two years and each time I've been extremely pleased with the service provided.

The Geek Squad rep was very patient with helping me understand how to operate. Wish I had his name to request him for the next time.

Gave two stars because the Tech showed up on time. He was here an hour and accomplished absolutely nothing except to say he couldn't make things work. We have a smart home and wanted to connect everything to a hub. I have used Geek squad before in other places I've lived and they did great work. Not this time though.

Ring system and Alexa voice assistant works great. Free install from Best Buy can’t be beat. Took a full day for four installers plus a couple of Followup days. The guys were very professional.

94 yr old blind aunt can't remember the name Google. It doesn't relate to anything to her. Wish system allowed me to change its name. Childhood dog, deceased husband, etc. She is basically alone a lot, have shown her what it can do which impresses her. Music, weather, etc. Was counting on her to call people using it, But she cannot remember what it is called or what its supposed to mean. As I noted she is almost blind so I cannot write it down.

I purchased a Amazon Echo Smart Hub for my sister’s Birthday. She is not very tech savvy. Therefore, the Geek Squad was summoned to her home for the installation service. She was very pleased with the technicians and service provided. I have never had anything but, exemplary customer service from the Geek Squad. This time was no exception. Thank you Geek squad

Nick called before arriving. He came in and went right to work. I've got a complicated set of systems with Alexa, Google and many different smart devices. Nick methodically went over each, either setting them up or recommending a solution. Now, I'm waiting for delivery of some needed parts of my systems.

My girlfriend had Google and my Alexas had died. Really like Google. My only complaint is when I want to turn it off. It doesn't listen to "turn off" or "power off" or "stop" or anything like that. I had an electrician here yesterday and he yelled turn off. It worked! So I guess I will have to yell at it from now on. Not something I want to do. Other than that, it works well.

Used Geek Squad to configure Google Home Mini device and integrate with smart lighting, Sonos and harmony remote. Results were mixed in getting it functional. The Sonos and smart lighting integration works fine; however, the harmony remote integration does not work properly. Due to amount of time spent by the agent, opted to accept it not working perfectly.

The agent taught me how to use my new lively cell phone. He went step by step and taught me many features that I did not realize were on the phone. Some of the features I did not intend to use like sending photos. By not using some of these I saved on the monthly charges.

The Total Tech program is the best! Well worth the money. The tech Gonzalez came and set up my new printer and my two Echo 5 devices and I could not be happier. Thanks Gonzalez for the prompt service and excellent job.

My Geek Squad Agent not only delivered and installed my new Nest 2nd Generation Google Mini, she checked out my system with my other Google Mini's. She was extremely knowledgeable and provide a few extra tips on improving my system. My Agent was right on time and was very professional.

Kirk and his assistant are awesome!! Alexa voice commands were not working with new VZ internet. They nailed it.
