Worth the price
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.Everything is a bit smaller on this screen but I’m happy with my purchase. Everything is pretty clear at 1440p. Looks pretty good with games like Red Dead 2 and Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 as well. Good bang for the $$$ buck. Easy assembly to.

Fantastic Screen
||Posted .Amazing screen. Easy to use. Only downside is the one hdmi port. Built in speakers would also be a plus or the capability to bluetooth it to a speaker, but it has a headphone Jack. For the price I paid, I expected a little more WOW factor.

Works great but a few things to have in mind
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.I bought this to replace my 1080 viewsonic but I had the problem of only getting a 4k resolution @30hz on the HDMI port. I thought it was my Nvidia 3070 card but I was unble to get it to work at 60hz until I bought a Displayport cable and switch my monitor's setting to Displayport 1.2 instead of 1.0. Have in mind that 2 things needs to be change in order to get the 4k @ 60hz. 1. Get a Displayport cable and 2. Change your settings ln the monitor to Displayport version 1.2

- A:Answer The monitor does NOT come from Samsung as VESA compatible. That being said, there are adapters for most if not all Samsung curved monitors that will let you use standard VESA mounts.

- A:Answer Hi HELP, Yes, you can use it as an external monitor to your MacBook Pro as long as it has an HDMI port, or you will need a dongle. I have the BOSE companion connected to my monitor, but you can also use Bluetooth speakers to connect to the Macbook directly. I hear the new Apple Homepods are excellent for the type of setup you're looking for.

Q: QuestionWhat happens if i connect both of my laptops at the same time. Will it prioritize one over the other? Can i plug my speakers through my laptop to get sound since this has no built-in speakers, Does this have a headphone jack?

- A:Answer Mine seems to favor the HDMI input but it may autodetect. On the back near the power light is a button / joystick that is used to configure the monitor. Using the joystick you can select between HDMI and Display port inputs, whichever was used last will remain the default. This monitor also has a mode(PictureByPicture) that allows both inputs to be used at the same time by splitting the screen. This sounds "cool" but in practice you end up with a resolution of 1920x2160 which can be problematic for laptops and results in an oddly skewed display. It does have a headphone jack that looks to be 3.5mm, I've not used it though. It's worth noting, since I recently went through this, if you have 2 laptops that both have HDMI outputs you'll need an HDMI to Display port cable. I found that cables that do display port from a PC to HDMI on the monitor are cheap and plentiful. On the flip side of that, going from HDMI on the laptop to Display Port on the monitor is not as common and something like 3x more expensive as most of the Display port to HDMI cables are listed as uni-directional(one way) and cannot be used in the most common setup.
