      I didn't feel like the computer guy, did what we asked him to do. We asked to have all of our files moved over to the new computer and was told there wasn't enough room to hold everything, but when we had him come out again for another issue. He discovered that we had plenty of storage over a terabyte of storage. Then was told he didn't have time and showed my husband how to do it.
