      When I finally got it, it was perfect. But considering I paid in advance for this 'service", I don't appreciate having to argue WHY I need someone to come to my home. NO, I do not want to deal with your people online. I cannot understand them and I am told to turn my computer over to them. In which ever language they are fluent is NOT mine. And I DID NOT PAY for this. I want and paid for someone to come to my home.
