      My epson printer would not print. The agent ran all the cleaning apps, & also showed me how to run them & my printer now works just fine. Thank you. I cannot own "tech" without "tech support"!!!

      I was informed when I spoke with the Geek Squad that my printer could not be fixed remotely, rather I needed to bring it in for repair. When I brought it to the Honolulu store, I waited in line for 20 minutes only to be told that Geek Squad does not repair printers in Hawaii. They were very apologetic and gave me a $15 gift card for my trouble. The mainland US needs to know how the business in Hawaii operates!
