      The Geek Agent came to my house to examine a printer that would no longer print. The printer could not be fixed. Fortunately he was able to address a couple of issues I was having with my notebook, so the trip was not a total loss.

      The agent did not have an accurate description on his work sheet about what I was requesting.. I had several issues in the process of switching internet providers. I managed to get all the problems fixed except the land line by the time he came. However, even though telephone service was not his specialty, he showed me what I needed to do to get it set. All my issues are now resolved.
