      the phone service was very bad the guy started my repair and never came back.the guy who came to my home was very good.

      The Geek representative was very pleasant and appeared knowledgable. I had onlt 2 requests: install back up procedure and connect to outlook. The backup was easy although i really did not want the backup to the cloud. He could not get me connected to outlook. He advised me to work with microsoft. Not a good solution as microsoft does not have in person assistance. I would still like to be connected to the Office email system which has been paid for.
