      The technnician checked my computer to see what could be done about the fact that GeekSquad had loaded all of my files off of my old portable hard drive and old computer onto my newer computer, when they were supposed to load them all onto the new portable hard drive... in addition to some of the older files from the newer computer. Thus. almost all of my storage was full on my computer. He said I would have to pain stakingly go through all the files, including pictures, to see which files I wanted to save and to put onto the portable drive,.. after determining if they were already duplicates of some already put on the portable drive. I have not had time yet to do this, but it was affecting my computer performance, so i just picked a piles of files to put on the portable drive in order to free up some space on my computer. Very frustrating. I was hoping they might have some way of knowing which files had recently been put onto the computer and be able to put them onto the hard drive, rather than going through all the files on the computer one by one. Maybe I'll have time to get around to it one of these days...

      My agent could not fix my blurring printer. He stated I needed to find purchase order& notify Canon that I needed a new printer. I had 12 items in the print que that I didn't want to lose. He said he saved & moved them, but I cant find them & have to consider them lost. But after he left, I tried the printer it was working fine!! I have not notified Canon of the problem. Still lostnitems from que,.
