      In-home laptop analysis. The tech was professional, prompt but appeared to be out of his element. I bought Total-Tech to get in-home service vs waiting in a cattle-call line at the store. I found myself wondering whether the at-home experience was worth it.

      my computer was not running any faster. they told me my tablet was outdated and could not be fixed, i needed to get a new one. the girl on the computer hardly did anything to make it work better. they were interested more in getting out of my house in an hour. what am i paying all this money for geek squad.

      Bought a part from Best Buy and when I tried to login after installing , i could not log in to computer . Spent over 200.00 for Total Tech and they got me logged in but unable to fix original problem after multiple trips to stire and a home visit . Not happy .

      In the past, all of our consultations and installations were 5 star. As we were having problems with our nest extenders, this visit didn’t help solve the issue. A new extender purchase was recommended. We ultimately contacted the nest support and what was needed was a system reset not replacement.
