The agent was able to retrieve my CD disc from the inside of my disk drive.

Not what they used to be. I called several times and I got techs that remote into my computer. Couldn't help the issue and dismissed me. Called 3-4 times until someone came out to the house bc the remote techs are not what they used to be.

New computer was set up well and works well at home.

Our Tv would not turn off and on with control. Came home found TV on when it had appeared off. Occasionally it would respond but mostly not. Have a call in to have checked but so far no one has come to our home.

It took the professionals at Geek Squad FIVE different people to fix my computer. I am having a hard time deciding if I want to renew as that seems like too me too many speaking as a victim.

I requested the appointment to understand why our new Dell Inspiron would not communicate with a Bluetooth keyboard. This question was never answered. I had solved it by buying a different keyboard with a USB connection. Still doesn’t make sense that Bluetooth does not work on this computer and it worked on the previous one. I asked several times, but he kept going to the fact that it was solved by the USB connection.

Two repair tech's came out and tried to fix the second screen display but could not. They tried for at least one hour. I asked about the display setup in setting and could not find it. This was the same issue I had but they could not repair it still.

I have had the Geek squad in the store look at my laptop & wireless keybaod & mouse for the problems I'm having & they said everything worked-continued to have problems-had Geek squad come to my home-continedd to have problems-had Geek squad online several times & they can't resolve issues. Replaced wireless keyboard & mouse 3X & still have problems. I never had problems with the HP I had previously, but the Dell has never been able to connect & operate correctly with the Logitech wireless keyboard & mouse. All a piece of crap!!!!!

Did not clean thoroughly, Was very tired it seemed. Told I had to bring it into shop but I live alone and am handicapped, Thought I still had contract but paid for visit,

The two agents talked a lot but had a problem explaining to us what they were actually saying. And a good share of the difficulties we were having with our computer went unsolved. They both were pleasant to us however.
