    Disappointed

    Though I brought my computer into the store, the main problem was not completely fixed, but some items were removed during that process and were not reinstalled. I was disappointed with those who worked with me. The original tech whom I was to work with didn’t show so another took his place. No call from him. More training with how to work with people is needed. I have had diligent service techs in the past. These techs need more training.

    The last few times didn't impress me considering the problem with the computer not booting up to home screen..They didn't have an answeron how to make the computer work again on my TV

    Sound bar

    Bought a roku sound bar with sub woofer wireless. Agent installed it and really did not have a clue. Woofer does not worked and is not paired with the bar. He said ok your all set. I said there is no sound coming from the woofer. He said yes there is I can feel it. There is no sound coming out of it. Extremely unhappy and most likely will be returning it.

    The main issue was not resolved my son said there were updated but the issue with the computer shutting down when he is trying to put a grame on was never resolved

    Divice could not be reset set to factory default

    I was not aware I was going to get charged for every bit of service work or help I needed in addition to my payment for the geek squad plan itself. I thought the $200 I paid was to cover those things.

    the agent pronounce my laptop dead told me i would have to come to store or order on line. he reset my printer but it is not working

    They blew up new pioneer receiver, replaced it w cheaper denon, had them back 4x for problems w logitec universal remote, they finally took it back for gift card since u no longer sell them. Bad and stressful experience. TV still turns on weird w multiple strange messages. Not shown how to use all tv features. Bad LONG experience

    Disapointing Repair Service Communication

    Very disappointed. I took the printer in to the store so they could check to see why the printer was not printing. I left it with the Geek Squad. Got a call later that night saying that they don't do repairs on printers. Could not understand why they didn't tell me that when I was at the store! I definitely feel that communication with the agent at the desk was terrible.

    Nice guys, still doesnt work

    Nice guys, talked about their gym work outs, flexed a lot. Stood around and watched my computer not work. Didnt even touch my computer. Nothing has changed. It is still not working. Told me i needed a new one. The one i have is new.

    WiFi Printer Setup

    Made an appointment on Monday to have Agent setup WiFi printer on Thursday between 0800-1200. So at 1000 I call to check and I am told he won't be here till after 1:00!!!! After a 20 minute phone conversation I find out the appointment was entered incorrectly. Entered as a 1200-4:00. Now I am supposed to wait and see "if" an Agent will call and "if" he will be able to show before 1200. So happy I adjusted my days schedule for this. Aren't these people supposed to be computer experts and they can't even correctly enter an appointment. VERY poor customer service.
