setup quickly,but not what i requested. my games stopped loading less than 12hr later. keep getting trogan and virus notices although i have norton. haven't requested additional service yet

I called the geek squad several times on an issue I have. One time I was put on hold after they took over control of my computer and was told they would be back with me. Well that was 3 hours of nothing, since they never got back with me. Next time once again they took control of my computer and I watched as they installed Windows 11. I ended up taking into my local Best Buy after several more calls and got it fixed and Windows 11 taken off., I did request a call back from the Geek Squad from a supervisor in one of my calls and was told someone would call me but I'm still waiting on that call back

After purchasing my computer from Best Buy, I paid to have it installed by the Geek Squad. I also paid extra to have all programs transferred from old computer. The agent was very personable but I question whether or not he knew what he was doing. Had problems from the start. Although he showed back up to try to resolve them, it didn't work. My e-mail was completely messed up. He had the settings wrong. He told me in my last conversation with him that he would e-mail me step-by-step instructions to reverse the settings that he did. Thankfully, I was able to have someone else "fix" the problem that geek squad guy created. Now my e-mail works the way it was suppose to. Not at all happy with the geek squad and feel the extra money I paid to transfer everything was a waste. Never again - buyer beware.

He came to help me transfer from my iPad to my Hp laptop. He didnt know how to do it! H had no interest in helping me he just wanted to get paid!!! He was not on time supposed to be here at 1:15pm. Oh he did call and said coming at 9:30am , I had to call out of work , I tried calling him back but he didn’t answer and I left a message. The only thing he did was attach my computer to the IPad. I would never call him again and I want my money back geek square was here to

The man who came was good and he told me that if there were any problems with what he did, I had 29 days that allowed him to come back to fix the computer and there would be no charge. He gave me his phone number and I did try to call him back but he never answered his phone nor did he contact me. So that was a big lie on his part. I was very upset!!!!

Be very careful using Geek Squad. I just got a brand new house and the first week Geek Squad came out to install my TV. The drilled into the power and now my main room has no power. It's been out for three weeks now and the manager doesn't even have the guts to call me and give me an update on when it will get fixed. I don't know when it's going to be fixed, but everyone who comes over and can't experience power in my new house would never use Geek Squad for any of their things after seeing what I'm going through. New House. No Power. No Update. No Guts.

If you're referring to a service call I made they never showed up. I called several times and talked to personal out side of the country. They could only reschedule. I was totally disgusted. I only wanted to talk to a service member who might be able to walk me through my problem over the phone. Finally a Geek Squad member named Caleb called me and helped me over the phone. I waited over a week and talked to someone in Panama
who just kept rescheduling. Caleb helped me over the phone and the problem was fixed in minutes. Caleb gets 5 stars, the rest was a night mare.

Everything looked OK and the Geek was very nice...but, when we tried to use the computer, it was not OK. Same problems as before. I have talked to some of you on the phone on 12/14/22, but twice got disconnected while being put on hold. Very poor responses and no resolution. I demanded a replacement computer and was told my 60 days were up. Since the last attempt on 11/18 was a failure, that 60 days should be extended, and this trash computer should be replaced!

July 15 - mail not working- showed my emails were coming from Google. On phone with geek tech. Couldn’t figure out. Made appmt, went in, heavy hairy guy couldn’t figure out and said he only had 10 minute limit and I’d have to make another appmt. Long beard manager said it was Google problem. Couldn’t fix. Called a guy, ghosted computer, fixed in 5 minutes. Incompetent employees.
