    The in my home agent said the problem fixed. It is not. Problem: I open Google or Edge. It opens then shuts down then seconds later opens again. Geek squad has been a great help on other issues but not this. Remote service was no help. Wasted all day waiting for the fix. Agent bumps up to a "higher" level with no positive results

    I purchased an in-home computer installation to assist my father-in-law because I was not going to be in the area to help him with the new computer that I purchased for him. The problems began early with the first being that they did not recognize the order number when he called to schedule. I called them, straightened it out, and received a confirmation number that he could use for scheduling. When they arrived to perform the service, they tried to bill him for the service that I had already paid for. That eventually was settled and they proceeded with the installation. They then refused to set up his email account and would not install Korean script in Windows settings. Now I still have to go and set up his computer for him, which means he has to wait a month to use his new computer. If you are interested in more than having your computer unpacked and plugged in, then you should look elsewhere. $99 for frustration....

    Showed yup though I tried to cancel but they had put up 6 different email notifications, of which I could only cancel 3. Adobe photoshop had vanished from my computer, and all I could find was trial which I could not bring up either. After a day, or two, and I had calmed down, I tried loadng up with the disc, and it reloaded. Problem solved and didn't need Geek Squad. I kept asking for Manager, which is why he kept trying to make Geek Squad appt.

    The Geek Squad came to fix a computer I just purchased a few months ago. It was one of their remanufactured products. It didn't last 6 months. It was one of 6 computers that I bought. They said the fan wasn't good. They just left the computer and left the house. They said we have to bring it in and it wasn't covered. I spend thousands with Best Buy every year.

    Geek Squad had installed my tv and sound bar

    The agent attempted without any success to synchronize the sound bar with lip movements on the TV. I called Samsung and went through a whole process on the phone and had no success at synchronization. Perhaps the sound bar is defective or the synchronization should have been done at installation. A Geek Squad will be coming again to try. What are my options?

    Unfortunately I have no information. When I purchased the desktop, I also ordered " new PC setup and data migration." The Geek Squad guy didn't arrive, and I'm now scheduled for that service on December 28. Bummer! (It appears that the problem was with the scheduler). Addendum: Forcing me to answer a question that has no answer is not wise.

    I have spent $23,000 with you people on this god forsaken audio system, that I could just throw out the window. You always send another new person on this very complex and temperamental system. Eat h time there is a new theory on what is wrong and it requires me purchasing yet. again more equipment How about the original architect, Brian, come out and look at this spaghetti

    Worst service they were going to destroy my cpu without saving all my data and also took them 2 months to tell me they could not get parts for the cpu that was only 8 months old never take anything there again

    Geek squad bungled fixing my computer.

    I had to take computer in for repair 4 times to bestbuy, and when I received conputer back from service. It operated worse each time. Had Geek squad at my house also, and with in a few minutes he said drive was bad. I tried to tell Geek Squad that the drive was bad, but they ignore me until I talked to manger.

    From Bad to Worse

    Computer running slow. Agent did something and made it 10x worse. Couldn't even get on internet or get an excel page to open without waiting a good 3-4 minutes. I went back in over a week later and found that 2 crucial drivers were uninstalled. Reinstalled them and it's working again.

    have total tech can not log in to accout to use it can not get help with it as it has to be done by corpall i am told is sorry yes i know there is nothing we can do you have to talk to corpcan i have there number sorry we do not have that so 200 wasred so i contacted the bbb

    Agent came unprepared to work on my computers stated he didn’t have anything with him to work on him. What kind of services is that when you make an appointment and they don’t come prepared

    Agent Albert has been the only person I had for the last few years to come and fix my computer. On December 6 when Albert came to the house, he couldn't figure out how to correct problem. He promised to return that evening and I never heard from him again even though I called and left a message. I'm very disappointed after all these years that he disrespected me in this way.

    Avast secure line VPN wireguard was installed on my computer without my permission. Now I am having problems loging on to web sites now. I will be calling to have this problem fixed.
