    The pleasant hill store is honestly the worst place I’ve ever been. We were given conflicting information and incorrect paperwork over and over, spent dozens of hours and extra trips to finally have to take our devices to a private repair shop and pay even though they were covered at Best Buy. Very disappointed.

    MY remittance was negotiated on March 4, 2023, however web root is not access able on my appliances. ($213.00) I am tired of calling to inquire as to why. Best buy doesn't have an issues with billing and collecting, but fails to supply the service paid for

    The fact that you want to charge your customer the same (and we all know next year, you'll bump the fee back up) and take away in-home service is poor customer service.

    Geek Squad left me without Contacts, my Folders

    I had no access to Outlook. When tech left, I still had no access to Outlook's Contacts, Folders, Deleteds: all that I was able to do was receive emails.

    The technician's fourth [4] visit to my home and the printer is still not working. I replaced all the equipment including the first printer returned to the store, the router and the modem as recommended by the technician. You be the judge!

    No help with my refrigerator door handle the geek squad representative said they couldn’t fix it and to called Samsung last time my refrigerator door handle felt off they put it back on this person probably didn’t know how or just didn’t wanna .

    I called Best Buy to cancel my renewal and was able to cancel my account however Best Buy then tried to charge my credit card for the renewal so l then had to deal with my credit card company.

    Repair of my printer is still not working, going on 3 months now. No one at Geek squad has been willing to return my calls. Nor are they willing to take responsibility and prioritize my need for a working printer. I want my printer repaired or replaced.

    Bought new Dell computer Geek squad came to set up package had wired mouse told could not use wireless mouse according to dell all that had to be done was to put in remote chip that comes with mouse in rear of computer

    The person was rude and unprofessional. He didn't answer questions related to the job and the computer. He was very hurried. He was there less than ten minutes and refused to look at a another simple matter. The one after him was bad as well.

    The technician didn't call, nor did he show up at the appointment. I'm completely dissatisfied with Geek Squad. Please have a manager call me as soon as possible. Thank you, Louis R. Germinario

    Lot of issues trying to get laptop fixed send out 3 times to get repaired. Took over a month in the end they had to give me a credit to buy a new one.

    Hogan was no help at all during in-home service, and he gave me wrong information about taking my laptop in to Best Buy store. He said I didn't need to call ahead. When I got there, they said I did need an appointment.
