Bought my computer July 2022 first appointment was August 11 (which someone cancelled and never told me) next appointment was also cancelled and the third appointment is for August 24th but I can't get it confirmed.

He didn't diagnose the right problem had me buying a cable cord and that wasn't the problem, I took my computer and had to replace my whole system. So I bought a One and all Computer.

The drive was bad, ok it happens. Service to fix especially time on the phone was brutally painful. In the future I will look to buy stuff from a place that provides a less painful path to support.

I follow the intructions in the email and call. First person says they cant find my order so i get transfered to someone else for my receipt number and I was transfered to a third person who said the receipt number didnt matter and then she hung up on me. Scammed me 100 pretending like my order didnt exist.
