    geek squad in home computer set up

    Bought my computer July 2022 first appointment was August 11 (which someone cancelled and never told me) next appointment was also cancelled and the third appointment is for August 24th but I can't get it confirmed.

    The technician was very polite. However, the issue haven’t been resolved. Furthermore, I have more problems with my computer ever since the technician was at my home.

    He didn't diagnose the right problem had me buying a cable cord and that wasn't the problem, I took my computer and had to replace my whole system. So I bought a One and all Computer.

    The drive was bad, ok it happens. Service to fix especially time on the phone was brutally painful. In the future I will look to buy stuff from a place that provides a less painful path to support.

    Geek squad was unable to help me. PLEASE call me at your earliest convenience. I asked the representative to please have someone call me and have not heard from anyone since Thursday.

    I did not need the product so it wasn't installed. I was told that I could return it to a store, but I haven't been to a store to return it.

    I follow the intructions in the email and call. First person says they cant find my order so i get transfered to someone else for my receipt number and I was transfered to a third person who said the receipt number didnt matter and then she hung up on me. Scammed me 100 pretending like my order didnt exist.

    Geek Squad left my computer in a worse condition

    The Apple tech never returned any calls and left me in a worse situation. Then the remote tech did not know what he was doing. I spent $280 for a geek contract, and I am still waiting for service

    Bought a computer the geek squad set it up after returning 3 times to fix it they sent out a new one now we are waiting on them to come back out to fix this one

    The TVs had problems since the very beginning I've had Best Buy geek Squad hasn't been able to finish anything and they blame it on the TV owner - TV manufacturer hissin
