I purchased a 65 in tv and included delivery and installation from Geek Squad. Geek squad showed up right on time. They called me about 30 min before my appt to say they were on the way. The guys got the in wall power kit installed along with tv mount in little to no time. 1hr tops. Very clean install and minimum wires showing. We spent more time talking about how high/low I should mount the tv. Great work guys! Well worth the extra cost b/c it would have taken me a few hours at least.

Jeff and Mike did an amazing job mounting my new 77-inch OLED TV! The wall unit was built for a 73-inch rolling rear projection Mitsubishi TV. The new 77-inch OLED had to be mounted perfectly to make it work in the wall unit. Jeff used a full-motion bracket, and it looks like the TV was made for the wall unit. Excellent custom job!

I was very impressed with how well the technician installed our 60" TV over a fireplace that has some very expensive tile. Also did a great job running HDMI cable through a tight conduit I was unable to complete.

The Geek Squad Team (Rene) was fantastic - great ideas to customized my 75” install into an existing wall unit - looks like the cabinet was made for this Sony - take a look!

I had 4 TVs installed via geek squad. 3 were Wall mounts and one was cabinet mounted. The wall mounted TVs were crooked. I contacted the geek squad installer, who didn’t return my call. I contacted his supervisor and spoke to him. He stated the installer would contact me the next day. He also stated he would email me directions on how to straighten out the TV ... both of which never happened. It’s a bit daunting to try and doing this myself (65” TVs), without knowing if I’m going to damage the mounts, drywall, or TVs (2 were full articulating and 1 was a tilt). Quite disappointing.

I struggled with this rating due to the sales person in the store honestly. Had to have the Geek Squad out 2 times. First TV had a huge crack in it. First installation crew thought they knew what they were doing in the set up. As stated the TV had a crack so had to go back and reorder a new one. They followed through on their commitment calling me later in the day to advise when a new TV would be delivered. Unfortunately had to wait an entire week. Second crew came back and were excellent. They installed new TV and working awesome. They even told me to return some of the useless accessories that the sales person threw into the sale at time of purchase. One was open and they said the store would take back which they did. I would not have thought that. My rating is for the installation. If I have one issue with the process it would be with the sales person. He was ultra aggressive and kept telling me I needed additional components. Even tried to sell me a high priced sound system which I did not need and told him that several times. Then when I told him not interested he added additional HDMI cords and power cords to sale that I ultimately did not need for installation.

I cannot give an better review to my Frederick, MD Geek Squad. They came out on Christmas Eve and installed my entire home theater system as well as relocating my old system to the basement. Despite dealing with my limited knowledge, and the sales person's lack of understanding what I wanted, the Geek Squad came to the rescue. Once they know what I needed, they went the extra mile and cleared their schedule to meet what I needed. They correctly diagnosed issues with my system and recommended upgrades to fix the problem. I did know about possible deficiencies in my old system, so they were not blindly recommending things to make more money. In fact, it was the opposite. They were truthful, honest and all around good people. I only wish my car mechanic was this good. ;-) The Geek Squad was so good that my techs even gave me their cell number so I could contact them over Christmas if I had a problem or question. They should be a 10 star review.

The Geek squad were great and did a nice job mounting my Sony 75" on the wall. I had fallen in love with this TV in February, and bought it in May. I haven't stopped watching TV in my living room yet, and I rarely sat in my living room until now. The colors are brilliant and real to life so much so, that when I was watching golf this past weekend, for a second I thought it was my turn to putt. That is how sharp, clear, large and detailed the picture looked. And, with that Sony X1 processor, the only blur that I saw was from the 75 celebratory shots that I downed the day after. :-) The first time that the Geek squad turned on my Sony 75, it showed WiFi's out the wazoo. We hooked up to my stronger signal, and everything else just flowed. I swear my Sony 75 is smarter than most of us. I recommend and would purchase My Sony 75" TV again, if my bedroom was larger..

We decided to have the Geek Squad install and set up our new smart tv. Best decision on our part!! They came out even in a bad snow storm, quickly and professionally set everything up and explained everything as they went making sure we had no questions. And before leaving, Walter went over everything again, was very patient with all my questions. Even giving me extra tips, hints and recommendations that I would never had known about otherwise. I also appreciated the extra time that they took to make sure we were comfortable with everything before leaving even though they did have other appointments that day. If you are even hesitantly thinking about having Geek Squad install and set up a new tv, I would say yes, do it! You won't regret it at all!!

Normally I do these things myself, but being mid-remodel, I just didn't have time. Additionally, I live in a SoFL home with cement block exterior walls (we typically only have 1" between the drywall and block down here) and I didn't want to deal with the hassle of that. A salesman told me I should really pay an extra $100 to have Magnolia install my OLED, but I went with the GeekSquad. They were on time, had the correct tools, brought their own table and blankets to protect my fragile OLED while it was face-down to put the mount on, and had everything they needed in order to account for the block walls and small clearance. I didn't even have to clean up after them. I couldn't be happier.

The two Geek Squad Techs that came to install my LG OLED65C7P TV on the wall with in the wall wiring knew exactly what they were doing. As one tech measured and marked the location of the mount and the cuts for the cable boxes, the other prepared the TV with the mount and made sure all the proper cables I purchased were what was needed to finish the job. They worked in a professional but quick manner and withing a hour and a half the TV was hung, and setup with the proper network channels and my cable company remotes so the TV and cable box worked together. Excellent technicians.
