The Geek Squad is great! They set up my new laptop in only 2 days and when I picked it up, they explained everything to me about what that they did. They are so knowledgeable, efficient and friendly!

Stuart Minskoff was amazing. A couple of thousand miles from home and my laptop would not respond to any input. In a panic, i stopped at the nearest best buy for help. In a bit over an hour or so, I was on my way with my laptop fully functioning. Extremely satisfied with my Geek Squad experience!

Meg at the Tupelo MS store did an excellent job setting up my new iPad. I am an older lady switching from a Samsung tablet to an iPad. Meg was very patient and kind and answered all my many questions and carefully explained everything I needed to know. I would ask for her to assist me again!

Everyone - really, every one of them - is much smarter than me, and they were great. The only wish I had was that there could have been one dedicated guy that I could work with during all this since every time I spoke to a different person I had to explain everything all over again. But all of them were pleasant, knowledgeable and very helpful.

Great price for peace of mind. Mentor Ohio Geek Squad is awesome. They all have a lot of knowledge and will do whatever they can to help. I purchased this with my laptop and they cover up to 3 computers no matter what the brand or household. I have been in twice for help and if there's a way to help with your issue they'll find it. Nice Staff.

Sarah,at the Geek Squad desk went over and above. My laptop actually broke at the hinge. Not able to be repaired, recommended a replacement, transferred data and set up my new laptop within a couple of hours. She over delivered on the service, and I love the laptop they recommended. Excellent experience at Best Buy!

The Geek Squad took my almost dead computer and transferred all photos and files to my new one. They saved me LOTS of hours of frustration. It was really worth having the Geek Squad set up my new computer. They were quick and helpful.

The agents were wonderful. They made an attempt to fix my old computer but too many pins were bent so they helped me pick a computer that best suited my needs. They also transferred all the files from my old hard drive and set me up with new and updated software. Could not have asked for better service.
