I think the person that showed me what they were going to do to set up my computer made it easer so that I could process it in terms that were understandable.

Everyone - really, every one of them - is much smarter than me, and they were great. The only wish I had was that there could have been one dedicated guy that I could work with during all this since every time I spoke to a different person I had to explain everything all over again. But all of them were pleasant, knowledgeable and very helpful.

The agent came with all the needed products to install my tvs. They were professional and respectful. Jeff was absolutely amazing. I wouldn't want anyone else.

The agent found the problem under. 10 minutes and fixed it under 5 minutes. And then I was done and out the door.

Tech Whiz in No Time: Best Buy's Expert Setup I was a bit overwhelmed by my new computer, but Best Buy's tech experts turned it into a breeze. They set it up, transferred my data, and even showed me the ropes. Now I'm a tech whiz!
