The Geek Squad did a phenomenal job in the setup of my laptop. They also completed the process a lot faster than they expected.

The agents were wonderful. They made an attempt to fix my old computer but too many pins were bent so they helped me pick a computer that best suited my needs. They also transferred all the files from my old hard drive and set me up with new and updated software. Could not have asked for better service.

very fast and fixed the issue would use again. went in cause my pc was using wrong software and wouldnt load games. fixed it in 12 hours

Micheal was excellent- Not happy with Lenevo's software, shutting down my computer, but Michael and the Squad made a frustrating situation much better. Though it seemed an unnecessary expense, again based on the computer's / word - software, I got all my information and work back. As a writier, that was and is INVALUABLE!! My iPhone had developed a resistance to being recharged consistently. The Geek Squad agent carefully cleaned the bottom port, and the phone works perfectly now.

Everyone - really, every one of them - is much smarter than me, and they were great. The only wish I had was that there could have been one dedicated guy that I could work with during all this since every time I spoke to a different person I had to explain everything all over again. But all of them were pleasant, knowledgeable and very helpful.

The Geek Squad took my almost dead computer and transferred all photos and files to my new one. They saved me LOTS of hours of frustration. It was really worth having the Geek Squad set up my new computer. They were quick and helpful.
