The 5 star rating was for the 2nd, Geek Squader (ERIKA).. that had to be sent out because the 1st. one failed to correct the problem he was sent to fix.

He helped work out issue with communication between cell phone and front door, recent power outage dropped off Wi-Fi link ,the other issue that we had was with a Apple tablet we took in to do a factory reset we couldn't remember the cloud password so nothing was done with that. That was not the fault of the Geek Squad.

The agents were right on time, very professional and always wearing their masks for safety We appreciated their responses to our questions and concerns. Service was completed quickly and efficiently. They double checked all of our devices before they left. We were extra pleased.

Love having this at back door. Feel more secure. Lights up area and lets me know if anyone there.

The agent paired my thermostat, locks and lights to set up my smart home. They were helpful, smart and efficient. They were very helpful with assisting me find the Promo code for the Trane Home System.

The second team was fantastic!! It didn't take them long. They set it up exactly as I asked. They were courteous and pleasant. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The sales associate made my experience so easy, I didn’t have to do anything but answer a couple of questions the associate made my appointment uneventful. Hats off to the theater associate’s.

This was the second person that came out. More knowledgeable, understood the product more and was able to identify that a couple items to be linked (Nest Mini) were old generation and not compatible with the new product.

When making appointment told customer service that I had list of issues needing service. Was told that tech would be able to assist with all. When tech arrived he said he only had time to take care of one issue. Told him the TV was the most important issue. He Installed the old fire stick stating that it worked fine. It worked for one day then stopped working. I then installed the new fire stick. Therefore, I paid $110 for nothing. I’m on Social Security so I don’t have money to throw away. I don’t know when I’m gonna be able to find another $110 to be able to get other issues taken care of. Very disappointed in the service. Don’t get me wrong. The gentleman was quite nice but couldn’t get out of here fast enough and basically did nothing for me.

Love all my Geek Squad people. They have installed my new tv, 2 new computer s , a landline plus numerous fixes to our old computers. They are all super good!

Geek Squad did an excellent job setting my motel up with cameras so I can see what is happening around the outside. They also are helping me set up my smart store so I can supervise people shopping remotely.

The agent mount my blink video doorbell. He was on time and completed the job in 25 minutes.

Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable gentlemen. Quickly resolved my issues and answered all my questions.

Agents saw that the equipment I had ordered to be installed was not what I really needed and recommended an indoor antenna instead. They were knowledgeable, considerate and respectful.

Everyone has been very nice. Just make sure depending on what your doing that you get the right person with experience in that space

Agent was on time and installed the August door lock and attempted calibration. Verified our Wire Mesh was operational. When he finished, he gave me his number to call if we still issue. Still needed calibration and I called, but he never responded We left for vacation, and I put off following up with Best Buy Geek until now. I have a "RE-Calibration" event scheduled for 4/19.
