They don’t know what they install.

No other questions were asked and we jumped on it. Guy shows up and says I don’t have a ladder to do that and we can’t install those and seemed upset they sold us the service.

Misleading service
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Terrible and not what i was sold. I was told wgen i bought my lights that they could be installed. Tech got here and said, "all i do is set up wifi". Nothing was installed, waste of yime/$.

Have issues and contacted twice

Disappointed as we use Best Buy/Magnolia, Geek Squad along with Home Advisor for all of our Home Needs! Been a Best Buy Elite Plus member for at least 3 years in a row I would recommend our Geek Squad Installer as I doubt he even knows of our issues.

Money kept, products not delivered

It’s been four months. I’ve contacted the rep I worked with and he was going to check on my order, but it’s now been three weeks. So not real happy at his point.

Don’t pay for install

Contacted geek squad to come back out to fix it almost a month ago and they still haven’t called back. Absolute waste of money.

Train wreck

Services not rendered no IFTT capability

Led lights installed
