The geek squad was flexible with my schedule. They did a data transfer and also a home install. The installers plural were very nice. I did have to instruct him though to install my new not old computer and also he did not plug in my new keyboard. Luckily I was able to do this no problem later. The sales person Dee is very nice on the floor. All of the associates at Best Buy are kind and patient and try to help novices like me.

We had the fiber optic WiFi installed, which we had to change our password & was having trouble resetting our google nest doorbell. Geek Squad came & helped us reset our google nest doorbell in no time at all. Ron was very knowledgeable & courteous,

The in store geek squad guy was awful. I asked to see the manager and he was great!! The tech guy that came to the house was good. It would have been better had he left written instructions rarther than just telling me. The manager of the geek squad in the store was who influenced mecto buy the service. Calling 800 number is waste of time totally. If that is all thevis going forward... i am out. No longer a customer.

The team came in describing my WiFi equipment (Comcast router and mesh system) and talking about what the problem (weak signal throughout house) was and an obvious solution (turn off router signal) - great fix it. They said they did, and they most certainly did not. Same problem exists. So what did I pay $200 for??

Shockingly poor experience, with Best Buy services. BB demand payment upfront for a specialist visit. Then cancel last minute on the day, despite Best Buy email confirmation. No reason ever provided. Onus placed on customer to reschedule. Multiple request for specific specialist not respected. Best Buy send technicians who do not have the necessary knowledge, experience or skills on the specific issue, Complete waste of my time and effort after driving 60miles round trip to a local Best Buy store provide clarity on my requirement. Seems Best Buy do not empower their staff., which negatively impacts the customer.

Mike was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with my modem issue. Plus he provide great insight to my smart TV set up functions. I have had total tech for 10 + years and use them in NC/ Sc / VA and AZ .. very consistent nationwide with good reliable service . very polite always on phone and in person
