    The geek squad was flexible with my schedule. They did a data transfer and also a home install. The installers plural were very nice. I did have to instruct him though to install my new not old computer and also he did not plug in my new keyboard. Luckily I was able to do this no problem later. The sales person Dee is very nice on the floor. All of the associates at Best Buy are kind and patient and try to help novices like me.

    I changed ISPs and was having difficulty getting my Smart Home back online. My technician was professional and respectful throughout my house. It took him a bit to figure out the issue, but when he finally did, it was great to have all of my WiFi "things" back to normal!

    The in store geek squad guy was awful. I asked to see the manager and he was great!! The tech guy that came to the house was good. It would have been better had he left written instructions rarther than just telling me. The manager of the geek squad in the store was who influenced mecto buy the service. Calling 800 number is waste of time totally. If that is all thevis going forward... i am out. No longer a customer.

    We had the fiber optic WiFi installed, which we had to change our password & was having trouble resetting our google nest doorbell. Geek Squad came & helped us reset our google nest doorbell in no time at all. Ron was very knowledgeable & courteous,
