Our problem was solved. Ring cameras have not worked for a long time. I tried to fix them but it did not work. Geek Squad guys worked on the setup software and fixed the problems.

Geek Squad is the best service you can have for yourself. It covers so many things, even is the item was not purchased from Best Buy and these guys always solve any problem I have had; phone, tablet, computer, tv, printer, car audio and more!

2/13/23. Carlos did an exceptional job resetting my technology, (which included my laptop, printer, and cell phone) in an effective and efficient manner. Prior his arrival, none of my technology was connected; my office was non-functional. Additionally, Carlos provided basic but pertinent technical info my new equipment!

As always, service was early & I was contacted to let me know he was on his way. All questions were answered, device reset to our needs & addition items I forgot were addressed by my Geek person. I can’t ask for better service, which I have received over the years.

The Geek Squad had availability when laptop service was needed and turn-around time was a reasonable 72 hours. The tech was customer friendly explaining the issues and answering my questions.

The technician did a great job with our doorbell. He told us exactly what we needed to do to get our doorbell working. He also fixed both our phones to interact with the doorbell. Yea.

The team came in describing my WiFi equipment (Comcast router and mesh system) and talking about what the problem (weak signal throughout house) was and an obvious solution (turn off router signal) - great fix it. They said they did, and they most certainly did not. Same problem exists. So what did I pay $200 for??
