A:Answer After numerous calls and being put on hold for over 2 hours, not once but twice, I found that certain items that are shown in the installation video are apparently not included. Also, the video doesn't correspond to this exact model either, but it is pretty much the same thing. The missing items include the weather stripping and foam sheets; at least they were not in my box. The customer service rep simply didn't understand my question in that I just wanted to confirm what was to be included and she instead arranged for a new shipment of the same thing! Finally had to explain that wouldn't fix the problem... To make matters worse, I paid for someone to come over and install it cuz of my bad back, so he couldn't do it and I have wasted money, time and now will have to order these items. I do not understand how they can do this. They say if you hire their installation person, you may get charged for extra items. How about some advance notice on which items these are? Hidden costs and an awful lot of time wasted when you could simply include a list of what is included. If I am wrong, please send me these items. I also paid for their geek squad insurance, can't wait for something to go wrong with this thing and get help. Likely die from the heat before then. UNREAL!
