The agent was wicked nice and explained everything he was doing!

The unit was mounted and set up but knowing how to use the system is more detailed than the Geek Squad led us to believe. Everyone involved did a good job and were very polite but after they leave even though we purchased the $200.00 Geek Plan we are having trouble getting answers to our problems. A call or answer to our email would probably help us with the problems but it has been two weeks, we will be visiting Best Buy soon!

The Best Buy Geek Squad installation service on my Ring home security system was prompt and complete. The operation of the Ring home security system was explained to me and the installation was completed quickly and to my satisfaction. I am impressed by the way the Best Buy Geek Squad delivered and installed my Ring home security system.

Wish it came with an old fashioned set of instructions. Have printed what I can find on line but still have questions. Can not remember much of what installer told me. My fault...not his.

Ring alarm and door bell system installed but not much instructions for usage. Now my doorbell stopped working after changing Wi-Fi which I can’t troubleshoot myself . Would recommend Geek Squad but this was a 3rd party vendor

Item was purchased from Amazon and installed by Geek Squad. This was my second encounter with Geek Squad and I can't say enough about how genuinely pleasant they are and how the work is done quickly and efficiently. Just HATE how difficult it is to go through online chat to hire Geek Squad.

The two tech staff were professionals and well versed with the ring alarm system.

Taken enough time to install the devices best possible way. Perhaps the Technician in not well versed. However, he was very helpful in nature and exhibited an empathy to perform the job as best as possible.

Now this was a great plus for me to buy the Ring system and have someone else who has experience and training do the hard work of installing. I have a large house and have well over 20 contacts installed. Also a doorbell and 2 cameras. Installer explained everything to me and walked me though the use of the system

The contractor had a number of devices to install. They did fantastic on everything. BUT (there is always a BUT), after they departed a window sensor continued to trip offline (and still does to this day). I called the supr for assistance and was told to go to Ring for a solution. I think this is unsatisfactory!!! I would have hoped that they would come back out to troubleshoot, but it did not happen. It has been a month, no follow-up to date (19 Mar). It may seem like a small item, but you pay for the service and expect it to be completed w/o error. I recommend the Geek Squad service, but not the details of the follow-up. Waiting for my Best Buy store to call, but nothing yet.

I changed my internet provider, which means all my devices had to be reset to my new network. The gentleman from Geek Squad arrived and reset all my devices to the new system. All devices are up and running great.

After we purchased our SimpliSafe system from Best Buy, we opted to have it professionally installed by the Geek Squad. The representative was informed and helpful in providing us great customer service and installing everything in its correct place.

Ryan, from the Albuquerque Geek Squad, provided outstanding home security installation service. He was extremely knowledgeable about the devices and how they would function for home security. He was infinitely patient and resourceful in trouble-shooting complex installation issues, especially related to the architecture of the home and the type of monitoring each device could provide. I commend Ryan and the Geek Squad for excellent customer support.

The tech was great. She came alittle earlier than expected. She went over the installation, explaining what she was going to do and explain what we needed to do in reference to passwords etc. she was quick to answer any questions we had. She’s great!!

note done never showed never called they are the worst since they change 3 years ago i will never recommend nor will i have the conference in there ability to serve there long term customers 2 month for a appointment and they have been here for the same problem 3 time with in the last 90 days now i wait almost 2 months for them to come back out ! rating !
