Although doing my own PC set up for past purchases, I decided to add this service to my back-up, data transfer, and purchase. This gave me everything I needed to get working all at the same time and ready to pick up with everything else. A great time saver coupled with the quick turn around time I received.

The Geek Squad transferred all the data from my old hard drive and down loaded purchased soft ware. It took a couple of days longer than what was promised but the service provided was good with no problems. I would recommend the Geek Squad to any novice user, it makes for a stress free process when buying a new computer.

I always have received a good service. Recently needed a battery for a very old laptop. So glad that I was advised to put the money for the battery to a new laptop. Better use of my funds and I love the new software. The learning process is hard for us oldies but I am acclimating.

Only drawback was not knowing needed to leave laptop and come back for it. Thought the appointment was to do all that when it was only to drop off laptop for setup and had to come back. Could have been communicated differently but was not the fault of those I dealt with at the store.

Geek squad service department was so very helpful. Took time to let us understand everything we wanted done. Because we are not real computer brains. Had laptop finished next day super fast. Picked up, and again super patient with us explaining that was completed.

I love this service! I think it was only $40. The Geek Squad was friendly, got the service done quickly, added out anti-virus and Office, and let me know when it was finished (same day). I highly recommend this service!

Easy setup once I bought two new IPads. Sales clerk did the appt. Setups for us and we went back a few days later. Only took about 15 minutes for the data transfer from both old devices.

The technician that set up my iPad Air was very helpful. He answered all my questions and transferred everything from my old iPad.
