I'm very pleased with the agents that setup the laptop. they transferred all the information that I wanted transferred and explained everything very well.

The Geek squard did a fine job of installing my Microsoft 365 and transferrring a lot of files from my old Windows 7 laptop.

I always have received a good service. Recently needed a battery for a very old laptop. So glad that I was advised to put the money for the battery to a new laptop. Better use of my funds and I love the new software. The learning process is hard for us oldies but I am acclimating.

Really thankful for geek squad services. Not a technology person so its nice to have this service. They installed my new computer, monitor and printer. Service was quick. Tech was pleasant and professional. He even called me the next day to see how it was going and if i had any questions.

Although doing my own PC set up for past purchases, I decided to add this service to my back-up, data transfer, and purchase. This gave me everything I needed to get working all at the same time and ready to pick up with everything else. A great time saver coupled with the quick turn around time I received.

The Geek Squad transferred all the data from my old hard drive and down loaded purchased soft ware. It took a couple of days longer than what was promised but the service provided was good with no problems. I would recommend the Geek Squad to any novice user, it makes for a stress free process when buying a new computer.

The Geek squad set up my new HP All-in-one and Passport hard drive quickly and efficiently. And tolerated my questions and concerns with grace and a smile.

Super helpful guy (Alex I believe) helped me setup my newly purchased iPhone(from Target) with mint mobile trial purchased at Best Buy. Really hard because my new iphone couldn't gain access to my older iphone ID. In a few minutes, this issue was resolved and I was on my happy way with a working phone. Gladly paid the fee and remember a super positive experience.
