I was really impressed with the individuals who installed my purchased items. Mathew, a Geek Squad cputer expert, nit only installed the computer and additional components, took time to explain the purpose and use of these items. He also showed what I could do down the road as needed. He even added my frequently used websites icons to be able to get to these sites quivkly! It was a fantastic experience.

The Geek Squad technician sent to help get my Best Buy purchased Phillips Hue smart lights was top-notch. I explained to him that as a senior citizen, I'm not the most technology savvy guy on the block. He took time not just to explain what he was doing, but also had me do some hands on installation myself. He was great!!!

Geeks installed all my Ring stuff as I have Total Maint Plan and it was free. Great service. Got dates just a few days out and they came on time and were quick and clean! Wished smart bulbs could talk with hub and turn on with motion sensor but I guess they don't?

Installer John arrived at the house on time, listened to what the issues were and addressed them quickly and efficiently. He was an excellent listener and easy to work with. Highly recommend Johnathon!

Thank you for the excellent service. We had a snafu with our cameras not syncing up with our new wifi setup, and they made it happen! This was not as simple as it would seem, and their efforts and care to ensure it was up and running and stable made a difference.

We had purchased a Google Nest system and no one in our family could figure out how to get it to work! We had a couple guys come out to try, but nothing worked. Thank God for Jon - he figured out we had a defective product, and steered us to a better fit for our needs, and it is amazing!!!

I appreciate the geek squad coming to my home to help with the new router and getting all the smart devices re learned into the home network. The old router was outdated and many of the smart appliances didn’t transfer to the new network but the Geek Squad fixed it in a very short time

Geek squad members are excellent at what they do, but we have been extremely disappointed with the “scheduling” of services for repair or replacement! Now going on a months (and three calls for service) to get our faulty Yale door lock replaced. No compassion or consideration for loyal customers!!! 3rd attempt for scheduling, and they (Best Buy) cancelled on us!

The agents; Patrick and Cody were great. They both were very professional, courteous, and well mannered. Although my specific needs couldn't be met due to certain requirements, Cody and Patrick both did everything possible to solve my issue but impossible is impossible !! And when we parted, there was no charge. Will I use them again - you bet! Tom Morsch

Yay Team. Our traditional home is now a Smart Home thanks to excellent installation, pairing and Ap set up by Geek Squad. Techs know their stuff and are patient, willing and respectful.

Sorry ,It was putting a Ring Camera and A Pro Chime WiFi Booster On line . Not Happy with Ring Product Customer Assistance PERIOD.

For older adults, this is a great service to have for some advice and technical help. I have used them several times over the years, and they are always professional and helpful. Also, the other benefits are an added bonus.

Best Buy protection plan and Geek Aquad are fantastic. They are very helpful. I live 60 miles away and they come out with any set up problems.

The Geek squad set up my Alexa system in a timely manner. They were very patient with my questions and explained how it operated. If there were any questions that I had at a later time to call. My experiences with the Geek Squad have always been very positive.

Ethan was excellent! He listened to our needs and "cleaned" up several issues we had with conflicting devices. He also offered alternatives to ways we were trying to manage our smart home. He was professional, courteous, and smart! We couldn't ask for better service.
