Agent fixed my computer and was a pleasure to have it done. He was polite and did a great job.

Cancelled on me the first time. Did not use them to make my repair. Also the initial contact on my call was of know help. Could not understand her and she sounded like she had kids with her.

This wasn’t helpful for what I was looking for. I explained to the tech on the phone exactly what I had questions on, but the two separate technicians that came out did not have knowledge in what I needed. They both seemed knowledgeable in other areas and both said that they were the wrong techs for what I was looking for.

Had smart lights installed, setup outside and programmed automatically. Love my lights.
