The guys that came were awesome! Resolved all my issues. They kept me informed on their arrival time as well.

Knew how to mount and install tv and had some knowledge about Cox Contour which was helpful.

Team didn’t know what they were doing. Told me so. They reset everyting and told me it was fixed. Went to use it today and having the exact same issue.

I explained to the tech on the phone exactly what I had questions on, but the two separate technicians that came out did not have knowledge in what I needed. They both seemed knowledgeable in other areas and both said that they were the wrong techs for what I was looking for.

the agents helped setting up a group of Hue lights. He was helpfull and knowledge he instucted us how to add and set up more light later.
