The field agent adjusted and reprogrammed two of my Arlo cameras so that they would return to working

The guys that came were awesome! Resolved all my issues. They kept me informed on their arrival time as well.

The agent set up my email accounts on a separate notebook computer, fixed email accounts on Ipad and two Iphones and the screen on Alexa linked to RING

The geek squad that came to set up my electronics were able to get my lights connected but where unable to fix a problem I was having with a previous purchase.

When making appointment told customer service that I had list of issues needing service. Was told that tech would be able to assist with all. When tech arrived he said he only had time to take care of one issue. Told him the TV was the most important issue. He Installed the old fire stick stating that it worked fine. It worked for one day then stopped working. I then installed the new fire stick. Therefore, I paid $110 for nothing. I’m on Social Security so I don’t have money to throw away. I don’t know when I’m gonna be able to find another $110 to be able to get other issues taken care of. Very disappointed in the service. Don’t get me wrong. The gentleman was quite nice but couldn’t get out of here fast enough and basically did nothing for me.

Geek squad tuned up my laptop, came out to my home to work out bugs after our self install. Knowledgeable, courtious, professional, good listener. They are just a phone call away

This wasn’t helpful for what I was looking for. I explained to the tech on the phone exactly what I had questions on, but the two separate technicians that came out did not have knowledge in what I needed. They both seemed knowledgeable in other areas and both said that they were the wrong techs for what I was looking for.

the agents helped setting up a group of Hue lights. He was helpfull and knowledge he instucted us how to add and set up more light later.

Cancelled on me the first time. Did not use them to make my repair. Also the initial contact on my call was of know help. Could not understand her and she sounded like she had kids with her.

The agent correct my cameras. They were not recording. The library was not being kept either. He came in and studied them for about 15 minutes and solved the problem
