They did nothing!!! Had to have my neighbor install all...after 5 times they cancelled, re-canceled, did not show up!!!!! Also had to cancel my order and buy it at the store. It has been a MESS!!! The only reason you still have me as a customer is that I WANT this. But it should not have been so difficult to get!

The two guys that installed my starlink in my house were very nice, respectful and professional. They went above and beyond to make sure i understood how the install and system will work along with how to maintain my router and use the starlink app. Thanks guys!

Absolutely happy with the entire Best Buy experience for installing my new Starlink satellite internet system! Best experience I’ve had with customer service in years! From the initial contact to the young man who performed the installation. I cannot think of so much as one thing that would have made the experience better. One cannot improve on perfection!

Sorry to say, I have not been happy with the installation. The first tech came but did not knock or call, he was outside of the gate, was there for less than 5 minutes so we thought it was a delivery. I called later in the day and was told he had been at my house. Had to reschedule two weeks later. I was told when I picked up the product that the tech would have everything I might need on the truck. The second tech called the morning he was coming and told me he did not have a pole but had cable so I had to order a pole which I got quickly from Home Depot. My biggest problem now is I have been billed from Starlink for two months of service but do not have the dish installed. Still trying to set up installation.

The agent hooked up my StarLink and did an excellent job. I just didn't realize that I would owe more money in the process than what was initially quoted.

Ordered Starlink through Best Buy w/installation. Best Buy did not sell us all that was needed. So after getting a 12hr installation window, the installer showed up and could not install. One would think they could reschedule on the spot. Nope!!! We had to spend hours of dealing with the Best Buy call center (horrible) and now finally have another 12hr install schedule a week later. Best Buy has been just getting worse and worse with their internet sales. Just horrible!!! I imagine that Best Buy has been losing customers with their complete disrespect for their customers’ time. Aggravating/frustrating customers is a BAD business model!

Best Buy in Dothan Alabama sold me a Starlink installation package in March 2025. Technician was there in two days, did an excellent job on my FIRST system. Same store sold me another installation package early April 2025, told me it would be 3 weeks. Appointment time came and went with no communication. Called Best Buy and they said they didn't have any technicians in this area. (1/4 mile from previous installation). They should have known that when they sold me the 2nd package. Beyond comprehension, totally disappointed. I've spent my last dollar at Best Buy.

I purchased and easily setup the Starlink system on my own. It worked perfectly but I needed it mounted to my roof. Geek squad examined my entire property to determine the best location and stayed late into the evening to be sure it was done right. They even verified the signal by testing all my devices! Highly recommended if you are looking for professional mounting of the Starlink dish.

The installer did a great job. He mounted it to my chimney in a way that it has a perfect view of the sky yet is completely out of sight unless you know exactly where to look to see it.

Technician was courteous and called when he was about 1/2 hour away. I work from home so he worked hard to keep my Internet on until he absolutely had to disconnect it to bring it into the house. He was training a new technician and took his time to make sure to explain how to do things and what to do to keep clients happy. I would 100% recommend Best Buy for your installs.

I will give 0 but dont let me! I set up instalation for November 23, I takeday off from work to be at home when installer arrive. Wait all day and nooane call or show up. I contacted Best Buy and they told me they cant do anything about because is not Best Buy the company doin the instalación! Stay await from Best buy they even give me apology for the inconvenience! Waste a day with out paid for nothing!

RE: Scheduling and communication with GEEK Squad for Starlink installation. This is NOT a review off the installation because after almost two months and FIVE no shows or cancellations by BB or their outside contractors I finally gave up and hired a professional. Dealing w Best Buy scheduling has been the absolute WORST experience I have ever had! Total lack of communication, misinformation and blatant lies pushed me to the point o no return w BB. NEVER again!

Great installation of a Starlink system. They did a nice job installing and setting it up.

The agents installed my Starlink Satellite and connected it quickly. Showed up on time and were so great to work with as they took the time to explain every detail to me regarding the device and the app! They were terrific!

The installation for $179.00 is total rubbish! I purchased the Starlink system directly from Starlink, and expected the "installation charge" to cover all aspects of setting up the unit. When the installer arrived, he charged another $250. When I asked Best Buy about it, they told me just routine...Dont be fooled!!

Installers were unable to set-up antenna on my roof. They informed me that they are not allowed to do this. this was never mentioned when I scheduled the install. If they had i would not have scheduled the install. Additionally, I am having a hard time getting them to refund the $$ refunded I pre-paid for the install.

The crew, John and Kirk were prompt, professional and highly qualified. They walked me through every step of the process. I’m very satisfied and would highly recommend this service!

The installer arrived hours late and was not safely prepared to go up on my roof at almost dark. He had no safety equipment like harnesses or ropes and was alone. Best Buy subcontractors should meet OSHA standards it’s Best Buy’s responsibility! I cancelled my order and refused to let him on the my roof to install

The techs were wonderful; very helpful, knowledgeable, and hard working. Chris and Brandon did a professional job for Best Buy! I couldn't be more pleased. I would highly recommend these two young men. They were awesome!!
