Geek squad is awesome !! they always do a great job fixing laptops for me. Amazing service Team !

Mark tried to help the best he could but when he came to the house he told us he was not a “camera” man. When I called for service i explained that we could not view 6 of our 9 cameras. I also mentioned that we had trouble with one of our TV’s. He did say we should get a new TV and that we should try and schedule another service for the cameras. He also felt some of our troubles with the camera were our power supplies.

Agent was wondetful. Fixed my computer after Geek Squad in store agents nessed it up.

The agent Drew Roberts was the most refreshing part of my whole ordeal with total Tech process. From Aug 5th to Aug 13 great, when Drew came looked and know exactly what the problem was and corrected it. He was the best part of this stressful ordeal. b My security and feeling of well being should not have taken as long as it did. Drew is a Diamond of your Geek Squad. Geek Squad setup my TV quickly excellent customer service

Th agent reset our TV to work properly after we had guests stay who changed our settings, etc. He was very knowledgeable and fixed everything.

Our Geek Squad Tech got our Sonos speakers and our WiFi system back in sync after we couldn’t play music in our kitchen and living room. He got everything working together and gave us clear, easy directions on how to keep it going. Very pleased with his expertise!

I recently bought a tv and they came to my house to install it. And the Geek Squad were so helpful and explained everything on my Nee Roku tv . I hope that we continue this service for ever. I will continue renewing my membership for the total tech services.
