Our Geek Squad Tech got our Sonos speakers and our WiFi system back in sync after we couldn’t play music in our kitchen and living room. He got everything working together and gave us clear, easy directions on how to keep it going. Very pleased with his expertise!

He was here on time and helped reset up my system which was not working due to a power outage. He made sure everything was working properly before leaving. I had tried to do this on my own and was just frustrated, so I was glad to get the help.

He located them where we mutually agreed on and made sure we knew how to use everything. Very knowledgeable, great personality, very professional. A-1 on him and everything!

I came into the store in Portage Michigan and Mark helped me and he was awesome! I tried to use the phone help line. That was a mistake. The Asian rep. could not help because I thought I heard sounds in the background that sounded like she was tending to a chicken coop.
