I will always be a Total Tech member because of the first class service to resolve issues when they arise. It took the Technician two appointments and hours in my house to trouble shoot and replace a Nest thermostat. Our Geek Squad Tech got our Sonos speakers and our WiFi system back in sync after we couldn’t play music in our kitchen and living room. He got everything working together and gave us clear, easy directions on how to keep it going. Very pleased with his expertise!

Sean Dowdy reset my security system. He updated the software and checked and reset all sensors, cameras etc to our desired settings. His work is very thorough, professional, and courteous!

Outstanding service! He checked the doorbells and found that we couldn’t do the video doorbells and suggested cameras which we purchased. He located them where we mutually agreed on and made sure we knew how to use everything. Very knowledgeable, great personality, very professional. A-1 on him and everything!

I came into the store in Portage Michigan and Mark helped me and he was awesome! I tried to use the phone help line. That was a mistake. The Asian rep. could not help because I thought I heard sounds in the background that sounded like she was tending to a chicken coop.

The agent came in with a pleasant attitude. I informed him of my problem. He looked at the home device and fixed in a matter of minutes. He was knowledgeable and efficient. It was a very good experience.
