My Yale lock wasn't connecting to my cell phone. Geek Squad guys came out and reset and all was good to go. Great job, professional and they knew exactly what to do.

Shawn was the Geek agent that came to my home. He was extremely knowledgeable, polite and very helpful. He was able to have my home security system up and running in no time.

Zion did a great job working on our Ring Doorball, however, it is still not working well. It holds a charge for 1 week and then the battery has to be changed.

Phil has been to my house twice. Once to replace my ice maker and a few days later to replace the LED system on my stove.

The agent manager was prompt professional and very knowledgeable. Recognized and solved the problem with parts from his truck!

They provided excellent work. They did more than originally ordered. The orders they received was much smaller than what i needed.

Technician was very courteous and very knowledgeable - was able to fix my problem efficiently.

I don’t think the service we got for the price was worth it. The tech did improve the issue but it isn’t as though he had to do much of anything. He said he did a technology reboot, maybe he had a magic wand. He gave a few suggestions but he seemed bored with the whole issue. He wasn’t rude but he wasn’t totally committed. I think next time I’ll try a different company.

This is my second interaction with this technician and he is always pleasant and communicative! So far so good, I have yet to have a bad experience with Best Buy

Only one of the things I wanted fixed got actually fixed. I still have no printer connected to my computer and the Alexa dot that supposedly was now connected to the internet is not connected. I will have to do this over the phone with tech so as not to pay more money.

The agent was not successful reconnecting Alexa’s ability to play music by verbal request to the Sonos system. Alternatively, we were given the ability to select individual songs manually from the Sonos app on our phone.

The service tech was able to get all cameras online and also taught me how to do it myself.

The Geek Squad is a group of excellent and knowledgeable techs. Wouldn't want to be without them.
