I don’t think the service we got for the price was worth it. The tech did improve the issue but it isn’t as though he had to do much of anything. He said he did a technology reboot, maybe he had a magic wand. He gave a few suggestions but he seemed bored with the whole issue. He wasn’t rude but he wasn’t totally committed. I think next time I’ll try a different company.

This is my second interaction with this technician and he is always pleasant and communicative! So far so good, I have yet to have a bad experience with Best Buy

The service tech was able to get all cameras online and also taught me how to do it myself.

My new refrigerator had a decfective door part. Installing techninican determined the bad part. It took a bit longer than expected for part to arrive. When technician came to install the replacement part, it took only a short while and appliance has been fine since.

The Geek Squad is a group of excellent and knowledgeable techs. Wouldn't want to be without them.

The service is great..the young man was here on time after calling and letting me know arrival time . Came in and installed my new wi-fi set up. He was professional and did the job , also helped me get the app and explained everything he did. This is not the first time I have used the Geek Squad, and each time this service has been great!
