Really appreciate Geek Squad service and the professional techs that make it all happen when one really needs help!

The fellow got my camera system back up and running after figuring out the problem and have had no problems sense.

The service is great..the young man was here on time after calling and letting me know arrival time . Came in and installed my new wi-fi set up. He was professional and did the job , also helped me get the app and explained everything he did. This is not the first time I have used the Geek Squad, and each time this service has been great! I highly recommend..

The Agent took his time but effectively explained how the doorbell camera could be easily removed and reset when changing your password. Was a huge help because frankly when we put it in we didn’t pay close attention to what was necessary to reset and take it out; on us.
