    The service is great..the young man was here on time after calling and letting me know arrival time . Came in and installed my new wi-fi set up. He was professional and did the job , also helped me get the app and explained everything he did. This is not the first time I have used the Geek Squad, and each time this service has been great! I highly recommend..

    Agent checked my Sound Bar, finding that it has stopped working & advised me what i need to do about it. He advised me about other things that needed to be done as well re printer, TV, etc.

    The technician quickly set up Wi-Fi on our printer, and he clearly explained the various functions as he enabled more options on the printer.

    The Agent took his time but effectively explained how the doorbell camera could be easily removed and reset when changing your password. Was a huge help because frankly when we put it in we didn’t pay close attention to what was necessary to reset and take it out; on us. Agent was great and appointment was easy to schedule as Tech members.
