The agent was not successful reconnecting Alexa’s ability to play music by verbal request to the Sonos system. Alternatively, we were given the ability to select individual songs manually from the Sonos app on our phone.

Clifton worked very hard to get things up and running. He was at my home for a very long time and I appreciate all he did. However, he said he is not the expert on syncing Sonus and Echo. He said I need Blake from the Best Buy in Orland Park, Il. Best Buy put in the system so I am not sure why every Geek member cannot fix it. I still need help but Clifton said if I call the call number he will just be assigned here again., That will not fix my issue.,

The Agent took his time but effectively explained how the doorbell camera could be easily removed and reset when changing your password. Was a huge help because frankly when we put it in we didn’t pay close attention to what was necessary to reset and take it out; on us. Agent was great and appointment was easy to schedule as Tech members.
