- Answer Don't waist your time with Best Buy. Their service is the worst it could be. I have made many purches over the years. I brought their best 50 inch TV with a soundbar and woofer. The TV works on a limited bases. The soundbar and woofer Don't work at all. I wrote a letter to the manager of the Seekonk store with a copy to headquarters. The manager never bothered to read my letter. Those were his words. If I could them a 0 rating, I would.
