Jeremy at the South Coast Metro Pointe store was fantastic. We bought a membership and several accessories for our iPad Air. We bought in a list of about 12 questions about how to download a foreign online course and set up multiple apps. He checked of every question with ease and was very easy to understand. He took a full hour with us and we enjoyed his company and his complete expertise. Jeremy made our lives turnkey. I look forward to my next visit.

Best Buy geek squad did an excellent job setting up our new Lenovo lap top. The transfer from our old laptop to the new one was quick with no problems. The member then showed us how to use all the features of the Lenovo. Very knowledgeable.

Super helpful guy (Alex I believe) helped me setup my newly purchased iPhone(from Target) with mint mobile trial purchased at Best Buy. Really hard because my new iphone couldn't gain access to my older iphone ID. In a few minutes, this issue was resolved and I was on my happy way with a working phone. Gladly paid the fee and remember a super positive experience.

The agent was very helpful and courteous. Also very patient with a "senior". I learned so much from Krew. I wanted to adopt him.

The transfer and setup of my new computer by the Geek Square was done faster than they had predicted. When I went to pick it up they took the time to explain Windows 10. Also there was a Tips icon to make it easier to understand 10.

I purchased a computer for my husband for Christmas. He did not have a Windows account so the computer wanted to download my information for set up. We took it to Best Buy to get it reset so we could set it up for my husband. He was asked to have a Window account when we came back for our next appointment. When we came back a different agent was there and said she didn’t need his new information she could get all she needed from my account. Not being able to see what she was doing, we ended up with the computer set up for me! Some agents do not do what the customer wants. It seems like each agent had their own idea of how to do something.

Computer working well. Data from older computer transferred to new. Geek Squad very helpful. Contacting by phone quite difficult at this time. Best to visit the store.

The agents were very helpful in setting up my new computer. The work was done in record time. They also cleaned up some files and apps on the laptop and basically made the computer much more efficient. I was able to do the rest of restoring certain ups by myself without any problems.

Bought a laptop, MS Office and security software and geek squad set it up. Purchased at about 8:00 at night and they had it in my son's hands the next day ready for use. Great service, will use again!

Geek Squad is awesome. My two major encounters with them (two broken computers) over the years has been professional, timely, and most helpful. Both times they were able to save my doc, pictures, etc. I would not hesitate to beg for help from them if needed!!

Efficient, and really know their stuff. Each person we worked with was courteous and professional. Would recommend making an appointment, not just showing up as we saw another customer do, because it is a very busy department.
