Very professional and quick. He got rid of the bloatware that slows down a new system. Everything was set up correctly and it worked fine out of the box.

Everything was almost as I wanted it. Possible OS corruption when items were transferred which prevented some programs from loading. Staf was helpful and set up everything as requested and took time to explain things.

OMG he was great and very helpful. Once I told him I was legally blind he made sure he set it up the way I needed it. He even show me stuff I didn't know. Thanks You

The Geek Squad team was great. They answered all my many question about setting up my new Desktop Computer. They were able to troubleshoot a problem I had when I tried to use an old cable. They were very pleasant to work with and were patient with me.

I bought the computer and the setup was done the same day. All essential apps were installed. The only thing I had to do was plug it in and input personal info. Usually I do the setup but since I have Total Tech Support, it was free for them to do it. Believe me, it saved me a headache as when I do the setup there is always 1 or 2 apps that do not install correctly, then I have to take time to figure out why. Uninstall to reinstall, then cross my fingers it will work.

Colin of Geek Squad is fantastic. He covered everything that needed to be done to set up my new computer. He was also able to transfer data from my old computer to my new one so I didn't lose data.

I was told 2 days for computer setup and they were finished in 1 day. That was with a data transfer. Very knowledgeable of services they offered,

This Dell is a very nice computer for the money. It's not for gaming but will serve the purpose of school and business needs very nicely. The computer gets a "5" for it's price value vs workability. A nice 15" laptop which is speedy enough for everyday use. The "4" star is because I had to be back to Best Buy twice to get the computer "set-up" correctly. I believe that the GEEK squad person was overwhelmed by customers when I dropped it off and instructions were not fully followed. Upon "testing" when I went to pick it up, it did not function as requested and I needed to leave it for another day. The second time I came in to pick it up, all worked well and the GEEK squad member provided additional information to pass on as this computer was a Christmas gift to another family member. All ended well.

Quick correction to my problem. Phone had virus issues. And also recommended additioal help at Verison.

Tiny was the associate that helped me with my Geek Squad appointment and she was amazing! Profesional, respectful, patient and she made my entire experience smooth and pleasant. I also end up purchasing a TV and the sales associate was also very nice!
