    Clifton worked very hard to get things up and running. He was at my home for a very long time and I appreciate all he did. However, he said he is not the expert on syncing Sonus and Echo. He said I need Blake from the Best Buy in Orland Park, Il. Best Buy put in the system so I am not sure why every Geek member cannot fix it. I still need help but Clifton said if I call the call number he will just be assigned here again., That will not fix my issue.,

    My new refrigerator had a decfective door part. Installing techninican determined the bad part. It took a bit longer than expected for part to arrive. When technician came to install the replacement part, it took only a short while and appliance has been fine since.
