    We have numerous pieces of equipment to hook up to our tv. We could have never set up our new 65" tv with all the connections we required. They set everything up, programmed the remote to every piece and it couldn't have been more seamless. We LOVE the Geek Squad!!!!

    You suck Geek Squad! You never showed up for our appointment! Didn’t call, text, nothing! We had waited 2 weeks for your streaming tv & service! Then, you want to reschedule for 2 more weeks out? Pitiful! In hindsight, i’m Glad we didn’t go with you. 24/7 customer support? I doubt it! Saved us a lot of money. I will NEVER recommend you, nor will I ever step foot in your store! Terrible! Grade F-

    I was very disappointed that the Geek-squad didn’t show up. They sent another company. He came alone. Which they told me the Geek squad would do the install. The tv was 75 inches. He did not program the tv. Left me with 4 remotes to use. Geek squard came and fixed everything. They were great.
