The agent Danny Engle had me up and running in no time after he determined that Spectrum modem was defective even though Spectrum said it was okay.

Geek Squad has punctual customer service even when traffic times for their time slots are busy. They are professional and try to answer questions to the best of their ability. The associate who installed our new (replacement) ring doorbell was in communication for his arrival time. When he did not know the answer to one of my questions regarding the warranty and total tech membership, he took the time to call his supervisor to review the policy with me. The technician arrived on time to my house as I had requested that my new computer be adjusted/fixed to be able for me to send attachments, as I couldn't understand the new processes on my new computer! He quickly evaluated this fact and my frustration and suggested programming the process to automatically bypass the steps and attach any document to an email. It took him minutes. I couldn't believe his skill, his problem-solving capacity, and especially his kindness and patience with a senior person who was completely lost on what to do. I had struggled for months and he took care of it in minutes. Thank you, Sir, for your technical skill, your experience and your kindness. A grateful customer

I had 2 great computer guys come to my house and help clean up my mess. Even though I paid a service fee for them to come out, it was well worth it. They canceled a program I didn't need and saved me an annual $99 fee. So honest and caring. Professional all the way.

THE GEEK SQUAG WAS GREAT GETTING THINGS WORKING. HOWEVER, WHEN WE NEEDED THEM TO RETURN BECAUSE THE PART OF THE JOB WASNOT WORKING WE NEVER HEARD FROM THEM EVETHOUGH WE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES AS THEY HAD INSTRUCTED US TO DO.

Kameron & his Associate were phenomenal Customer Service Representatives for Geek Squad. These two technicians worked together to resolve my Sony Sound Bar issues. Very well mannered techs.

We were fortunate to have Antonio assigned to the set up of our new HP computers and mesh system. He handled all of our existing problems with so much patience and professionalism. He also did the transfer of our files from the old computers to the new ones. All of this was accomplished very efficiently. We highly recommend Best Buy’s in home service by the Geek Squad!

The tech re adusted my ring because the solar panel wasn't receiving enough light to keep battery charged I forgot to ask him to take a picture of the S/N of the panel after he was completed with the first job. He offered to come back and take the picture. Thank you for your customer service

The guys arrived on time and were able to help my husband install software on his laptop. Also to sync the desktop and laptop. All done efficiently.

Sean Dowdy reset my security system. He updated the software and checked and reset all sensors, cameras etc to our desired settings. His work is very thorough, professional, and courteous!

The agents mounted and connected my TV in a timely manner. The work was done very well. But the agent was a little difficult to work with. He didn't want to go to another customer so that I could get mount that I needed, told me to go to the store and pick it up and he would wait, but then kept calling me to see how long it would take for me to get back.

My tech Cesar is terrific, he helped me understand the new hard drive, its limitations and capabilities. Patience and knowledge count so much in situations like this and the Geek Squad came through!
